保罗·朗格朗与终身教育理论——兼论西方终身教育理论对我国教育现代化的启示 被引量:27

摘要 保罗·朗格朗认为,教育特别是成人教育是帮助人们开创美好生活世界的重要途径,发展终身教育要优先考虑成人教育的地位,成人教育是终身教育发展的"火车头",现代教育向着终身教育的变革日益紧迫。借助保罗·朗格朗等人的经验视野,可以帮我们预判我国教育改革发展可能遇到的问题以采取预防措施,为我国面向2030推进教育现代化和建立学习型社会提供借鉴。 Paul Langrand,known as the father of the modern lifelong education,argued that education,especially adult education,is an important way to help people create a better life and a better world besides political power.Education is in fact a political issue.Lifelong education will be achieved only under the condition of political progress and the formation of new relationship between the governors and the governed,between the rulers and the ruled,and between the managers and the managed.Lifelong education is not only a generalized concept of education,but also a"synonym"for modern education.The development of lifelong education should give priority to the status of adult education.Adult education is like a"power locomotive"of lifelong education.The transformation of western education toward lifelong education is increasingly urgent.With the experiences of Paul Langrand and others,we can predict the possible problems that we may encounter and take preventive measures,which will provide a reference to promote education modernization and establishment of a learning society in China by 2030.
