探讨AMH在不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者卵巢储备功能评估中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)在不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者卵巢储备功能评估中的效果,为临床提供指导。方法 40例腹腔镜手术的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为实验组,同期20例不孕患者作为不孕组,对两组不孕患者均实施AMH检测,并结合卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的年龄对其分为<25岁5例、25~30岁10例、31~35岁14例、36~39岁11例,研究对比不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的AMH水平、窦卵泡数及性激素水平。结果实验组患者的AMH水平为(1.51±1.39)ng/ml,显著低于不孕组患者的(2.24±1.22)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且随着卵巢巧克力囊肿患者年龄增大,其血清AMH水平、窦卵泡数、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)水平呈现逐渐下降的趋势,但卵泡刺激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)水平呈现逐渐升高的趋势。结论 AMH、窦卵泡数及性激素水平在不同年龄阶段卵巢巧克力囊肿患者卵巢储备功能评估中具有较显著的效果,可为临床医师评估卵巢储备功能提供依据。 Objective To investigate effect by serum anti-Miillerian hormone (AMH) in evaluation of ovarian reserve function in ovarian chocolate cyst patients with different ages, and to provide clinical guidance. Methods There were 40 chocolate cyst patients in laparoscopic surgery as experimental group and 20 infertility patients at the same period as infertility group. Patients in both groups received AMH detection, and they were divided by different ages into 5 cases aging 〈 25 years old, 10 cases aging 25~30 years old, 14 cases aging 31~35 years old and 11 cases aging 36-39 cases. Research and comparison were made on AMH level, antral follicle count and sex hormone level in patients with different ages. Results The experimental group had obviously lower AMH level as (1.51 ± 1.39) ng/ml than (2.24 ± 1.22) ng/ml in the infertility group, and their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Older age in ovarian chocolate cyst patients led to gradually reduced levels of serum AMH, antral follicle count, luteinizing hormone (LH), progesterone (P), testosterone (T), and gradually increased follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2). Conclusion AMH level, antral follicle count and sex hormone level in patients with different ages show remarkable effect in evaluation of ovarian reserve function in ovarian chocolate cyst, and they can provide reference for clinicians in evaluation of ovarian reserve function.
