CD25在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of CD25 in gastric cancer tissue and its correlation to clinical pathological features

目的探讨胃癌组织中CD25表达及作用。方法 122例存档石蜡包埋胃癌组织,依据组织分化程度分为中高分化腺癌组(腺癌1、2级和乳头状腺癌,45例)和低分化腺癌组(腺癌3级和黏液腺癌,77例)。应用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测两组CD25蛋白的表达及分布。结果 CD25蛋白在胃癌中的表达率为19.7%(24/122);中高分化腺癌组中CD25蛋白的表达(31.1%)高于低分化腺癌组(13.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.9,P=0.015<0.05);未发现CD25的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、淋巴转移、T分期和TNM分期等相关(P>0.05)。结论胃癌组织中存在不同程度CD25蛋白表达,其表达与组织分化存在一定相关性,提示CD25蛋白可能在某种程度上参与胃癌发生发展,是胃癌预后不良的因素和潜在治疗靶点。

Objective To explore the expression and effect of CD25 in gastric cancer tissue. Methods A total of 122 archive paraffin embedding of stomach cancer tissue were divided by tissue differential degree into middle-high differentiated adenocarcinoma group （grade 1 and 2 adenoearcinoma and polypoid adenocareinoma, 45 cases） and low differentiated adenocarcinoma group （grade 3 adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocareinoma, 77 cases）. Expression and distribution of CD25 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin- perosidase （SP） technique in two groups. Results Expression rate of CD25 protein in gastric cancer was 19.7% （24/122）, and middle-high differentiated adenocarcinoma group had higher expression of CD25 protein （31.1%） than low differentiated adenocareinoma group （13.0%）, and the difference had statistical significance （X^2=5.9, P=0.015〈0.05）. CD25 expression had no Correlation with gender, age, diameter diameter, lymphatic metastasis, T and TNM staging （P〉O.05）. Conclusion There were different degree of CD25 protein expression in gastric cancer tissue, and its expression has certain correlation with tissue differentiation. It suggested that it may be involved in the process of gastie cancer, and maybe used as important prognostic indicators in clinical judgment and therapy targets.
