麦肯基力学疗法联合肌内效贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by McKenzie mechanics therapy combined with Kinesio in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的观察麦肯基力学疗法联合肌内效贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法 90例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组30例。A组采用常规康复疗法,B组采用常规治疗+牵引疗法,C组采用常规治疗+麦肯基力学疗法+肌内效贴结合疗法,对比三组临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率为53.3%,B组总有效率为66.7%,C组总有效率为90.0%,C组治疗总有效率明显高于A、B组(P<0.05)。C组视觉模拟疼痛法(VAS)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、Oswestry评分明显低于A、B组(P<0.01)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用麦肯基力学疗法联合肌内效贴治疗起效迅速、疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe curative effect by McKenzie mechanics therapy combined with Kinesio in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, with 30 cases in each group. Group A received conventional rehabilitation therapy, group B received conventional treatment ＋ traction treatment, and group C received conventional treatment ＋ McKenzie mechanics therapy ＋ Kinesio. Clinical effects were compared in the three groups. Results Group A had total effective rate as 53.3%, group B had total effective rate as 66.7%, and group C had total effective rate as 90.0%. Group C had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment than group A and group B （P〈0.05）. Group C had all lower visual analogue scale （VAS） score, Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） score and Oswestry score than group A and group B （P〈O.01）. Conclusion Implement of McKenzie mechanics therapy combined with Kinesio in the treatment protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc shows rapid effect and precise curative effect, and it is worth promoting.
