摘要
基于固有应变法,并采用T型接头双侧同步焊有限元模型,对钢箱梁结构的焊接变形作出预测分析。结果表明:固有应变法可以达到传统热弹塑性有限元法计算的精度;采用壳单元网格划分接近实体单元的计算结果。运用固有应变法及壳单元模型,对钢箱梁结构的双侧同步焊接变形作了预测分析,得到顶板焊接变形较大,底板变形主要集中在板边缘中部区域。在研究结果的基础上,给出了夹具、肋板数量、焊缝位置等具体措施用于钢箱梁结构双侧同步焊的建议。
Based on the inherent strain method and the synchronous welding finite element model of T-typed joint double sides,the welding deformation of the steel box girder was predicted and analyzed.Results show that:the inherent strain method can reach the calculation precision of the traditional thermal elastic-plastic finite element method.The calculation results of the solid element can almost be achieved by using the shell element meshing.Using inherent strain method and the shell element model,deformation prediction and analysis on synchronous welding of steel box girder double sides is made:the roof welding deformation is larger,and the deformation of the base plate is mainly concentrated in the middle part of the plate edge.Finally,on the basis of the research results,some suggestions on specific measures for synchronous welding of steel box girder double sides are given,and the specific measures include fixture,the number of floors and the position of weld seams.
