摘要
目的探讨NF-κB和Cox-2对结肠腺瘤性息肉及癌变患者新生血管的影响。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月间西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的82例结肠腺瘤性息肉患者、86例结肠癌患者和78例结肠黏膜正常者。采用光化学免疫法检测3组人员组织中NF-κB和Cox-2表达水平及新生血管密度(MVD),观察NF-κB和Cox-2的表达与新生血管的关系。结果肠黏膜正常组人员NF-κB和Cox-2表达阳性率分别为30.8%和25.6%,结肠腺瘤性息肉组患者分别为58.5%和51.2%,结肠癌组患者分别为75.6%和70.9%,3组之间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。腺瘤性息肉和结肠癌患者NF-κB阳性程度与新生血管密度均呈正相关(均P<0.05);腺瘤性息肉和结肠癌患者Cox-2阳性程度与新生血管密度均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB和Cox-2在结肠腺瘤性息肉及结肠癌的发生发展中起着重要作用,且具有促进结肠腺瘤性息肉及癌变患者新生血管生成的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of NF-kappa B and Cox-2 on neovascularization in patients with colonic adenomatous polyps and colon cancer. Methods From December 2015 to December2016,82 patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps,86 patients with colon cancer and 78 patients with normal colonic mucosa were selected at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University. Chemiluminescence Immunoassay was used to detect the expression of NF-kappa B,Cox-2 and microvessel density(MVD) among the three groups. The relationship between the expression of NF-kappa B and Cox-2 and neovascularization were observed. Results The positive expression rate of NF-kappa B and Cox-2 was30. 8% and 25. 6%,respectively for the normal intestinal mucosa group,58. 5% and 51. 2% respectively for the colonic adenomatous polyp group and 75. 6% and 70. 9% for the colon cancer group(all P〈0. 05).The positive expression level of NF-kappa B and Cox-2 was positively correlated with MVD in patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps or colon cancer(all P〈0. 05). Conclusion NF-kappa B and Cox-2 play an important role in the development and progression of colorectal adenomatous polyps and colon cancer,and can promote the neovascularization of colorectal adenomatous polyps and canceration.
