宫颈癌腔镜手术中专科护士的合理配合及器械处理方法

Rational cooperation in specialist nurses and instruments management during laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer

目的探讨专科护士在宫颈癌腔镜手术中的合理配合及器械处理方法。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月间石家庄市第四医院收治的接受腔镜手术的130例宫颈癌患者,按照就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组(67例)与专科护理组(63例),对比两组宫颈癌腔镜手术配合准确情况、接台手术衔接时间、手术切口愈合率及外科医生对手术室工作的满意度。结果专科护理组体位摆放一次合格率、手术物品一次准备完好率、器械传递准确率、术中使用设备准确率及手术衔接时间分别为95.2%、96.8%、93.7%、95.2%和(21.37±8.55)min,常规护理组分别为80.6%、76.1%、74.6%、77.6%和(41.26±10.96)min,专科护理组均优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。专科护理组甲级和乙级的切口愈合率分别为95.2%和4.8%,常规护理组分别为83.6%和16.4%,专科护理组较常规护理组好,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。专科护理组外科医生对手术室工作满意度为95.2%,常规护理组为79.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌腔镜手术实施专科护理,通过提高术中的合理配合和加强对腔镜器械的处理,提高了手术配合情况,促进了术后伤口愈合,使外科医生对手术室工作满意度更高。

Objective To probe into rational cooperation in specialist nurses and instruments management during laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer. Methods At The Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang,130 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer were selected from July 2014 to July 2016. According to the sequence of clinic visit patients were divided into a routine nursing group（67patients） and a specialist nurse group（63 patients）. Accuracy of cooperation during the surgery,turnover time,incision healing and surgeon＇s satisfaction with the operating room were compared between the two groups. Results The pass rate of positioning patients,adequate supplies for surgery and equipment transfer accuracy,intraoperative use of equipment accuracy and turnover time was 95. 2%,96. 8%,93. 7%,95. 2% and（21. 37 ± 8. 55） min,respectively for the specialist nurse group which was better than 80. 6%,76. 1%,74. 6%,77. 6% and（41. 26 ± 10. 96） min respectively of the routine nursing group（all P〈0. 05）. Grade A and Grade B incision healing rates were 95. 2% and 4. 8% respectively for the specialist nurse group which were better than 83. 6% and 16. 4% of the routine nursing group（all P〈0. 05）. Satisfaction rate of the operation room was 95. 2% for the specialist nurse group which was higher than 79. 1% of the routine nursing group（all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Specialist nursing improves unrses＇ cooperation during laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer by strengthening rational cooperation and instruments management,which promotes wound healing after surgery and leads to higher satisfaction of the operating room for surgeons.
