【目的/意义】国家生态治理现代化体现政府的生态建设、开发和管理能力,折射出公民社会的生态自觉。海量多元的大数据是重要的战略资源和核心资产,对于提升国家生态治理水平,既是机遇,更是挑战。【方法/过程】在各国将大数据上升为国家战略的背景下,从生态治理现代化的角度,梳理大数据时代生态治理转型的挑战和举措。【结果/结论】数据资源为国家生态治理提供了更开放的平台,也使国家生态治理面临更分散的权力和更复杂的关系,成为生态治理体系变革的新引擎。

[ Purpose/significance ] National ecological governance level not only presents the government＇s ability of ecolog- ical construction, development and management, but also displays the ecological consciousness of civil society. In the era of big data, vast amounts of diverse information, which becomes strategic resource and core assets, presents both chances and challenges for the upgrade of national ecological governance. [Method/process] From the perspective of ecological manage- ment modernization, the research glances the remarkable process of big data upgraded as national strategy, and analyzes the challenge and measures of ecological management transformation in the era of big data. [Result/conclusion] The data re- sources, as the basis of scientific decision-making provide a more open platform for national ecological governance. Mean- while, the decision-makers are confronted with more decentralized power and complex relationship. It might be the new re- form engine for ecological governance system.
