摘要
【目的/意义】作为互联网时代的创新平台,具有典型开放式创新特征的在线用户创新社区逐渐成为企业创新知识的重要来源。揭示在线用户创新社区的知识创造机理不仅有助于揭示此类社区的知识创造规律,更具有指导类似社区提升创新能力的实践意义。【方法/过程】本文在系统梳理相关研究文献基础上,深入分析了此类社区的知识创造过程、促进知识创造过程的关键驱动因素以及一系列情境条件的影响,提出了在线用户创新社区知识创造机理的一个理论分析框架。【结果/结论】研究结果凸显了领先用户、社区互动、外部信息等驱动因素以及一系列情境条件在社区知识创造过程不同环节所发挥的独特作用,对加深此类社区知识创造机理理解提供有益参考。
[Purpose/significance] As an open innovation platform in the Internet age, online user innovation communities (OUIC) has become an important source of firm innovative knowledge. This paper aims to explore the knowledge creation mechanism of OUIC, which not only helps to reveal the law of the knowledge creation of OUIC, but also contributes to prac- tices for enhancing the innovation capacity of OUIC. [Method/process]Based on literature review, this paper creates a theo- retical analysis framework for knowledge creation of OUIC by outlining the knowledge-creation process, key drivers, and a series of situational conditions. [Result/conclusion] Our literature review shows that the key drivers, such as lead users, community interaction, and external information, with a series of situational conditions, play the specific roles in different stages of the OUIC knowledge-creation process.
