摘要
地下矿山采场爆破对相邻采场围岩的稳定性造成扰动是不可避免的,当爆破单段起爆药量过大时,采场容易出现片帮或冒顶。因此研究地下采场回采时爆破振动对相邻采场的影响,从而保证地下采场的安全和稳定是很有必要的。结合新疆萨热克铜矿生产情况,采用现场爆破振动测试和数值模拟分析相结合的方法研究萨热克铜矿地下采场爆破振动对相邻采场围岩的影响,利用萨道夫斯基经验公式对测试数据回归分析,得出地震波传播衰减公式。数值模拟研究爆破过程中邻近洞室的质点振动速度特点,相邻采场洞壁动应力分布规律以及爆破动应力与振动速度的关系。
The disturbance caused by underground stope blasting to the surrounding rock stability of its adjacent stopes is inevitable. If the maximum charge amount per delay interval is too large,the rib spalling or roof caving can be appeared easily.So,the analysis of the influence of the underground stope blasting vibration to the adjacent is good to ensure the security and stability of underground stope. Based on the actual production situation of Sareke Copper Mine of Xinjiang,the influence of the underground stope blasting to the surrounding rock stability of its adjacent stopes is studied based on the field blasting vibration test method and numerical simulation method. The regression analysis of the field blasting vibration test results is conducted by using the Sadaovsky empirical formation,and the propagation attenuation formation of seismic wave is obtained. The the particle vibration velocity characteristics of adjacent stopes,the dynamic stress distribution of tunnel wall of adjacent stopes and the relationship of blasting stress and blasting velocity during the blasting process are conducted numerical simulation analysis.
