摘要 甘肃早子沟金矿石金品位为4.09 g/t,铜、铅、锌、铁、锑等含量较低,不具有回收价值。矿石金属矿物主要为黄铁矿、毒砂、辉锑矿和褐铁矿等。为回收有价元素金,采用浮选—浮选尾矿硫代硫酸钠浸出工艺进行试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占90%时,以Na_2CO_3为p H调整剂、异戊基黄药+丁胺黑药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,经1粗2精2扫闭路浮选,获得的浮选精矿金品位为56.78 g/t,回收率为71.27%,且影响金浸出的FeS_2、FeAsS、Sb_2S_3被富集到了浮选精矿中;浮选尾矿在液固比为4、Na_2S_2O_3·5H_2O用量为0.20 mol/L、CuSO_4用量为0.018 75mol/L、(NH_4)_2SO_4用量为0.05 mol/L、NH_3·H_2O用量为1.0 mol/L、矿浆pH=9.5、搅拌转速为450 r/min、反应时间为3 h条件下浸出,获得了金浸出率为67.05%,金总回收率为90.52%的指标。试验结果可以为早子沟金矿石的合理利用提供技术依据。 There is 4. 09 g/t gold in a gold ore in Gansu,contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Fe and Sb are too low to have value.Main metallic minerals are pyrite,arsenopyrite,stibnite and limonite. To recovery valuable element Au,flotation-flotation tailings sodium thiosulfate leaching tests were conducted. Results show that gold concentrate of 56. 78 g/t Au and recovery of71. 27% were got through one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging closed-circuit flotation process under grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm is 90%,Na2CO3 as p H regulator,isoamyl xanthate + butylamine aerofloat as collector and 2#oil as foaming agent. Substances,such as FeS2,Fe As S,Sb2S3,that affect gold leaching were enriched in concentrate. Flotation tailings treated with liquid-solid ratio of 4,Na2S2O3·5H2O dosage of 0. 20 mol/L,Cu SO4 dosage of 0. 018 75 mol/L,( NH4)2SO4 dosage of 0. 05 mol/L,and NH3·H2O dosage of 1. 0 mol/L,pulp p H of 9. 5,stirring speed of 450 r/min and leaching for 3 h,gold leaching rate of 67. 05%,total gold recovery rate of 90. 52% was obtained. Experiment results can provide technical basis for comprehensive utilization of the gold ore.
