本文运用社会网络方法,引入正式网络与非正式网络一致性概念,研究了知识交换整合的前因及形成机理。实证结果表明:随着正式顺序工作流网络和非正式咨询网络一致性增加,知识交换整合能力减弱;随着正式互动工作流网络和非正式咨询网络一致性增加,知识交换整合先提高后减弱,两者之间存在倒U型曲线关系;组织沟通在形成知识交换整合能力的过程中发挥中介机理作用。该结论是对以往研究的有力补充,也对企业从正式与非正式网络互动方面提升知识交换整合能力有重要指导。

This article introduced the conception of formal and informal network consistency, and studied the mechanism of knowledge exchange and combination. The results showed that consistency between formal sequence workflow network and informal advisory network was negatively associated with knowledge exchange and combination; Consistency between formal interaction workflow network and in- formal advisory network had an inverted U-shaped influence on knowledge exchange and combination; Besides, organization communi- cation had a mediation influence between the consistency of interaction workflow and informal advisory network and knowledge exchange and combination. The conclusions have an important implications for future study and have a good reference for enterprise to improve knowledze exchange and combination skills.
