摘要
介绍了聚酰亚胺摩擦过程中分子结构变化对摩擦磨损性能的影响,并分析了环境湿度的变化与摩擦磨损性能的关系;综述了不同填料对聚酰亚胺基固体润滑材料摩擦磨损的作用,并对聚酰胺酰亚胺固体润滑材料做了阐述。在此基础上,对聚酰亚胺基固体润滑材料的发展方向做了展望。
The effection of molecular structure trasformation of polyimide in friction process to tribology characteristics was introduced,and the relationship of humidity and tribology characteristics was analyzed.The different fillers' effection to tribology characteristics of polyimide based solid lubricant was summerized,and the polyamide-imide based solid lubricant was elaborated.Based on above overview,the development of polyimide based solid lubricant in the future was forcasted.
