摘要
采用草酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁为铁源通过高温固相法均合成了2种硅酸亚铁锂@碳(Li_2FeSiO_4@C)锂离子电池正极材料(分别标记为LFS-1和LFS-2)。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、恒电流充放电等分析方法,研究铁源对Li_2FeSiO_4@C结构和性能的影响。XRD分析结果表明,LFS-1和LFS-2样品的XRD谱图均发现Fe_3O_4杂质峰,LFS-2样品的杂质峰含量较高。SEM分析得出LFS-2样品的纳米颗粒尺寸较小。电化学测试表明LFS-2样品具有良好的电化学性能。
Li_2FeSiO_4@C anode material(desinated as LFS1 and LFS2)were synthesized from ferrous oxalate and ferric citrate by a facile solid-state reaction method,respenctively.Effect of the iron source on structure and performance of Li_2FeSiO_4@C was studied and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and galvanostatic charge-discharge test,etc.XRD analysis results indicated that LFS-1 and LFS-2 both showed some Fe_3O_4 impurity.LFS-2 samples had higher content of Fe_3O_4 impurity peak.SEM analysis demonstrated that nanoparticles size of LFS-2 samples was smaller.Electrochemical tests manifested that LFS-2 samples showed excellent electrochemical performance.
