摘要
导热硅橡胶按照硫化类型分为缩合型和加成型,它们在应用过程中会遇到许多问题。主要综述了影响缩合型导热硅橡胶耐热性能的因素,以及加成型导热硅橡胶的热膨胀问题、胶料储存问题、渗油问题及其解决办法。
Thermal conductive silicone rubbers,which are vulcanized by condensation and hydrosilylation mechanisms,have been found to have many problems in applications.The low thermal stability of condensation silicone rubbers,as well as high coefficient of thermal expansion,storage stability of original raw materials,and oil bleeds of hydrosilylation rubbers were reviewed.Some solutions of these problems were also summarized.
