摘要
以农林废弃物柚子皮为原料,采用溶液聚合法使其与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺接枝共聚制备了柚皮粉复合高吸水树脂(PP-SA),利用傅里叶红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,通过正交试验获得了最佳合成条件,研究了柚皮粉含量、中和度及引发剂用量对吸水倍率的影响,并进行了保水性能测试。结果表明:最优条件下制备的PP-SA在1500r/min离心20min保水率达79%,3500r/min离心20min仍有53%;在沙土中混入0.1%PP-SA凝胶,40℃下放置25h,保水率仍在40%以上,显著提高了沙土的保水能力。
A series of superabsorbent polymer composite(PP-SA)was successfully synthesized from the pomelo peel powder and poly acrylic acid-co-acrylamide using solution polymerization method.The molecular structure characteristic of PP-SA was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).Through the orthogonal experiment,the optimal combination was selected.The influences of synthetic conditions,such as the amount of pomelo peel powder,neutralization degree and the amount of initiator were researched systematically.The retention capability of PP-SA under pressure and in soil were also determined.Water retention capability of PP-SA was 79% with centrifuging at 1500r/min and 53% at3500r/min for 20 min.When 0.1g PP-SA was added into 100 g soil,the water retention capability of soil was more than 40%at 40℃for 25 h.
