摘要
新建商丘站进站旅客天桥跨既有陇海铁路,桥身采用钢结构箱形梁,桥上设置刚架屋盖,运营不能中断,带有钢结构屋盖的旅客天桥采用顶推法利用天窗点整体跨越股道。结合工程跨度尺寸,提出不设导梁与设置导梁两种顶推方案,将顶推方案的各步骤简化为力学模型,利用Midas软件模拟进行结构受力分析,研究箱梁主要支座受力变化、桥身受力及变形大小,钢架屋盖纵向梁应力大小,就方案可实施性提出了结论,为旅客天桥整体顶推跨线施工提供了技术支撑,可供类似工程借鉴。
The entrance passenger platform bridge of the newly-built Shangqiu Railway Station which crosses the existing Longhai Railway Line adopts box girder steel structure,there is a steel framed structure roof above it. As the operation cannot be interrupted,the erection of the passenger platform bridge should adopt incremental launching method to cross the existing track using some available time windows. According to the span of the structure,this article proposed two kinds of incremental launching methods,with nose girder or without nose girder. The operation procedures of the methods were simplified into some mechanical models and Midas software was applied for the structure analysis. The stress state of the main support reactions,the stress and deformation of the bridge body,and also the stress of longitudinal beam of steel frame roof had been studied. The feasibility of this method was demonstrated,the technical support for the construction of the passenger platform bridge with incremental launching method was provided,which could be used for similar projects.
