摘要
采用变截面多用衬砌台车实现了"一车多用",能及时有效地进行动态支护施工,大大加快了二衬施工进度,解决了隧道施工安全步距问题。针对鹰鹞山隧道由于有标准段、风机段、锚段、下锚段,导致净空断面变换频繁,采用常规衬砌台车弊端较多的情况,进行了适合单线特长隧道变截面多用衬砌台车的研究及动态支护设计。该施工技术方便、快捷,适合隧道断面变换频繁施工,对同类工程具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
Variable cross-section multi-purpose lining trolley is adopted to accomplish the function of"one car with multipurpose",it can dynamically support construction in a timely and effective manner,greatly speed up the secondary lining construction progress,and solve the problem of the tunnel construction safety distance. This paper took Yingyao Mountain Tunnel as an example,the clearance section changed frequently caused by the existence of standard section,fan section,and anchor sections. In view of many disadvantages existed in the conventional lining trolley,the research and the dynamic support design were conducted,which was suitable for variable cross-section multi-purpose lining trolley in the single-line extra-long tunnel. The construction technology has the advantages of convenience and celerity,it is appropriate for frequent construction of tunnel profile transformation,and provides a certain reference for the similar engineering.
