摘要
探究掘锚一体机截割部齿尖角变化对其切削特性的影响规律,以国内首台护盾式掘锚一体机为研究对象,借助有限元软件模拟截割部切削煤岩全过程,分析截割部在转速及齿尖角双变量条件下对切削载荷和切削效率的影响规律。结果表明:相同转速下,截割部扭矩随齿尖角的增大而增大,齿尖角从70°增大到80°,各个转速下扭矩平均增大38.4%;齿尖角不变,随着转速增大,比能耗呈增大趋势,在齿尖角为70°时,截割部切削效率最高。研究成果可为掘锚一体机高效截割与性能的评价提供参考。
In order to study the performance of cutting head for the first bolter miner in China,based on finite element software,a mathematical model of cutting head broken coal was established,and the laws of cutting load and efficiency were obtained when rotational speed and tip angle of cutting head were all varied. The main results were as follows: in condition of the same rotational speed,the torque of cutting head increased with the increment of tip angle,and it was found that when tip angle increased from 70° to 80°,average torque in different rotational speed conditions increased by 38. 4%.Generally,the specific energy decreased with increment of rotational speed,and cutting efficiency reached to its maximum status when tip angle was 70°. The results could provide a reference for the efficient cutting and performance evaluation of bolter miner.
