摘要
风力发电机组用油需求量逐年提高,但国内风电厂大部分仍然使用国外品牌风电齿轮油,且其性能存在一定不足。文章重点考察了基础油和黏稠剂复配、黏稠剂配比、极压抗磨剂选择及其复配等对风电齿轮油低温和黏温性能的影响,结果表明:低黏度酯类油添加高分子黏稠剂可以制备出具有超高黏度指数和较低倾点的高黏度基础油;且对硫系和磷系极压抗磨剂都具有较好的感受性,表现出抗磨协同性;此外文章所制备齿轮油还具有优异的氧化安定性和高温清净性。
The demand of wind turbine oil is increasing annually, but domestic wind power plants mainly use foreign wind power gear oil with some deficiencies in performance. In this paper, the influence of complex formulation of base oil and thickeners, compound proportion of thickeners, selection and compounding of EP anti -wear agent on the low temperature and viscosity -temperature performances of wind power gear oil was studied. Result shows that the high viscosity base oil with high viscosity index and low pour point could be prepared by adding polymer thickener into low viscosity ester oil; the base oil has a good sensitivity to sulfur and phosphorus EP anti - wear agents, and in which the sulfur agent can exhibit syn- ergistic effect with phosphorus -based additives; In addition, the gear oil prepared by them has excellent oxidation stability and high temperature cleanliness.
