中国重汽重卡装车专用油的研制

Development of Special Factory-filled Engine Oil for Heavy Duty Truck of SINOTRUK

中国重汽技术发展中心与中国石油大连润滑油研究开发中心共同成立了"汽车用油品联合实验室",双方签定协议,针对重汽柴油发动机产品开发配套装车油。研制的重卡装车油通过实验室模拟评定,重汽WD615国Ⅲ(EGR)柴油发动机台架对比试验证明,其使用性能满足大功率柴油机磨合期内的用油要求,与原用油相比,质量适宜、针对性较强,具有一定的成本优势,得到了中国重汽的认可,通过了中国石油润滑油公司组织的项目验收。

CNHTC- Technical Development Centre and PetroChina Dalian Lubricating Oil R＆D Institute established ＂United Laboratory of Automobile Oil＂, and reached the agreement of developing special factory -filled lubricants for diesel engine of heavy - duty truck. The factory - filled heavy - duty engine oil developed has passed laboratory simulation assessment and the bench compare test of heavy -duty truck WD615 China Ⅲ standard EGR diesel engine. It is proved that the product can meet the need of running - in oil for heavy duty diesel engine, and has more proper quality, better pertinency, lower cost compared with the using oil of heavy - duty truck, and has obtained the approval of SINOTRUK, passed the project check organized by PetroChina Lubricant Company.
