摘要
对目前制备中碱值烷基水杨酸钙的两种主要工艺Kolbe-Schmitt流程工艺和直接烷基化工艺,进行了分析。对两种工艺制备的产品进行了结构组成分析对比、单剂性能评价和应用性能评价对比,研究发现,用直接烷基化工艺制备的中碱值烷基水杨酸钙在高温清净性等诸多性能方面均优于用Kolbe-Schmitt流程工艺制备的产品。
At present, Kolbe -Schmitt process and direct alkylation process, which are two kinds of main processes for the preparation of middle based calcium alkyl salicylate, were analyzed in this paper. The products prepared by two processes were contrasted in structure composition, single agent performance evaluation and application performance evaluation. The study found that, the middle based calcium alkyl salicylate prepared by the direct alkylation process shows better perform- ance than that prepared by Kolbe- Schmitt process.
