摘要
润滑油倾点是反映样品低温流动性的好坏的参数之一,倾点越低,样品的低温流动性越好。在近几年分析样品倾点时,由于全自动倾点测定仪和手动倾点测定仪检测上的差异,有时会出现全自动测定仪与手动测定仪分析结果不一致的现象。文章通过对比全自动倾点测定仪和手动倾点测定仪的分析数据,找出其检测结果的异同,为分析样品倾点提出最佳检测方案。
The pour point of lubricating oil is one of the parameters reflecting the low temperature fluidity of the sample, the lower the pour point, the better the low temperature fluidity of the sample. In recent years, in the analysis of the pour point of sample, due to the difference between automatic pour point analyzer and manual pour point detector, sometimes the re- sults of both methods are inconsistent. In the paper, the similarities and differences of the test results are found out, and the best detection scheme for the pour point of sample are proposed, by comparing the analysis data of the automatic pour point analyzer and the manual pour point detector.
