摘要
随着国外跨国石化公司抢滩中国市场,国际先进的项目管理模式也随之引入,为我国大型石油化工工程建设向系统化、规范化、精细化发展提供了可借鉴的经验。通过对上海赛科9×105 t/a乙烯工程建设项目管理模式的阐述和分析,为石油化工企业提供一种从项目前期策划到施工建设整个过程的先进管理模式,并以其成功的管理经验推动石油化工工程建设项目组织管理体系不断优化。
With the situation that foreign companies are coming and seizing the markets in China, advanced managing mode in engineering projects have been introduced, which provided references in engineering construction developed toward to systematization, normalization and refinement. Through the description and analysis of management mode used in Shanghai SECOO 900 thousand tons ethylene plant, one advanced management mode from the plan in early period to construction in later stage was described as an example, in which its successful managing experience can be used to promote continuous optimization of management system in petrochemical engineering construction.
