Refining Management of Material in EPC Project Based on MARIAN System

材料管理是工程项目管理中的一个重要内容。在应用MARIAN系统对材料进行集中控制的基础上,针对工程项目材料管理的特点,分析了EPC项目材料管理中存在的问题,提出了精细化管理的措施。

Material management is one of important tasks in engineering projects.In this article,based on the application of MARIAN system in centralizing management for materials,and with respect to the characteristics of material management in engineering project,the problems existed in material management in EPC project were analyzed,then the measures for refining management were proposed.
