中小直径薄壁管材超声液浸线聚焦横波检测技术 被引量:2

New Technique on Ultrasonic Immersed Line-Focus Shear-Wave Testing for Thin-Wall Tube with Small and Medium Diameter

摘要 对中小直径薄壁管材在线超声液浸聚焦横波探伤方法进行了详细分析和研究。同时指出了该探伤方法的原理以及探伤操作规范、调整状态和检测结果中存在的一些实际问题。从而提出了ф4mm×0.4mmS.S管(镍基高温合金管)的手动超声液浸线倾斜横波探伤方法。实验结果表明,该方法检测缺陷的回波信号清晰、可辨;检验结果真实、可靠,是超声检测中小直径薄壁管材的有效方法 。 The technique of the on-Line ultrasonic immersed focus Shear-Wave testing for thin-wall tube with small and diameter is detail analyzed and studied in this paper.At the same time,this paper pints out that the principle of the testing method presents some problems;and there are some problems on operating norm and ajustmenting state,as well as a result of the testing presents notable practical problems etc.Thus,the technique of manual Ultrasonic immersed line-focus shear-wave testing for thin-wall stainless steel tube with 4mm diameter have been developed.Practical exmination result demonstrates that the Ultrasonic testing echo of the defects is clear and identifiable,and testing result is real,reliable.The testing method is the very effective method of the on Ultrasonic testing for thin-wall tube with small and medium diameter.
