摘要
通过对当前课程考核方式的现状分析,结合应用型人才培养要求及就业岗位对人才的要求求,借鉴台湾地区课程地图的形式,结合课程特点,论述了以岗位能力为核心的考核方式应用设想。指引学生未来的发展方向,并提高学习成效,结合能力养成理清本科阶段的学习计划和未来的就业规划,从而切实实现应用型人才培养的目的。
Through analyzing the present situation of the current curriculum evaluation mode, combining with the need for applied talents training and jobs on the talent requirements, taking curriculum in Taiwan as references, combined with the characteristics of curriculum, this paper discusses the application in post ability as the core of the inspection way. The purpose is to guide students in the future development direction, and improve the learning result, combined with the ability to develop clear undergraduate study plan and future employment planning so as to effectively achieve the goal of applied talents training.
