在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,中国科学文化从"科学共同体"的"圈子文化"走向全民共建共享的"社会文化"是一种必然的趋势。基于这种判断,建设中国当代科学文化需要重塑科学精神、完善科学基础设施、拓展科学传播、规范科学制度,并实施全民参与科学文化建设计划。

Under the background of encouraging people to make multitude Innovations, it is an inevitable trend that Chinese science culture should be changed from the circle culture of ＂the scientific community＂ into a kind of social culture built and shared by the public. Therefore, as to the reconstruction of Chinese contemporary science culture, we need to reshape the science spirit, to improve the science infrastructure, to expand the science com- munication, to standardize management rules related to science, and to carry out the plan for the whole people to participate in the science culture construction.
