区域内危重新生儿的无缝隙转运

Intra-regional critical neonatal seamless transport

目的总结区域内危重新生儿的无缝隙转运工作的实践经验。方法通过成立区域内危重新生儿的无缝隙转运工作小组,建立和完善无缝隙转运的相关制度及流程、完善设施和设备、加强人员培训、定期反馈等方式,保障危重新生儿安全、及时、有效地转运。结果 2015年9月至2016年5月,我院共转运危重新生儿85例,转运成功率100%;转运交接由2次(转诊医院与急诊科、急诊科与NICU)变为1次交接(转诊医院与NICU),节省一半交接时间,争取了抢救时间;出院回访转运患儿家属满意度由无缝隙转运前的87.3%提升至97.6%。结论区域内危重新生儿的无缝隙转运降低了患儿转运风险,缩短了患儿交接时间,提升了患儿家属满意度,对于成功救治患儿、改善患儿预后、提高工作效率等具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the practical experience of intra-region seamless transport of critical neonatal. Methods By setting up the seamless transport working group of critical neonatal intra-regionally,establishing and improving relevant sys- tems and processes, perfecting facilities and equipment, strengthening personnel training, giving feedback regularly and so on, to guarantee security and effective transport of critical neonatal. Results The hospital completed 85 cases of critical neonatal transport from September 2015 to May 2016, with 100 ~/4o success rates;transfer connection times changed from 2 （referral hos- pital to Emergency Department,Department to NICU） to 1 （referral hospital to NICU）,which saved half the connecting time and bought rescue time; parents satisfaction degree improved from 87.3% to 97.6% after applying seamless transport. Conclu- sion The intra-region seamless transport of critical neonatal reduces transport risks, shortens connecting time and advances parents satisfaction degree. It has an important significance in treating and rescuing newborns, improving prognosis and raising work efficiency.
