Research progress on extraction and separation of banana oligosaccharides

摘要 综述了香蕉低聚糖提取分离研究进展。香蕉低聚糖具有热量低、促进双歧杆菌生长、抗癌及调节免疫力等良好的生理活性,有利于人体的健康,具有重大的研究意义和应用前景。目前在我国如饮料、乳品、糖果等各种食品行业中,低聚糖都作为配料普遍使用。就目前香蕉低聚糖的提取方法进行比较,对各种方法的原理及优势进行了介绍,并论述了对所得提取物进行分离和纯化的方法,为香蕉低聚糖的研究意义和功能作用提供了一定的理论参考。 In this paper the research progress on extraction and separation of banana oligosaccharides were introduced. Banana oligosaccharides had many excellent characteristics such as low calorific value, promoting the growth of bifidobacteria, anti-cancer and improving immunity, which are beneficial to human health. It was of great research significance and application prospect. At present, banana oligosaccharides were mainly used as common ingredients in food industries such as beverage, dairy products, candy and other food industries in our country. In this paper, the extraction methods, principles and advantages of each method of banana oligosaccharides were introduced and compared. In addition, the separation and purification of the extracts were discussed, and provided a certain theory reference for the research significance and function of banana oligosaccharides.
