翻译能力如何培养,在翻译教学中受到越来越多的关注。作为翻译教学主体之一的教师,在翻译知识日益更新的情形下,尤为需要改善其知识结构,提升其翻译能力。从教师的"学"与"教",浅谈翻译教学中教师翻译能力的培养与提升。

Great importance has been attached to ways of cultivating translation competence in translation teaching. Faced with the renewed knowledge of translation,the teacher,one of the subjects in translation teaching, should spare no efforts to improve his/her original knowledge structure and translation competence. And the present paper is to make an analysis of cultivation and improvement of teachers' translation competence from the perspective of translation teaching and studying.
