摘要
为了帮助学生应对未来挑战,21世纪技能测评既囊括了学习与创新技能、数字化素养技能、职业和生活技能等内容,还将形成性测评与终结性测评相结合,依赖网络资源开展测评,并集合多方的助力参与测评项目。然而,由于测评对象的复杂性、网络技术的风险、核心概念和内容的界定难以统一,21世纪技能测评在应用过程中也面临了许多阻力。当前我国的核心素养框架已经发布,基于此构建完整的核心素养测评系统是大势所趋,为此,应充分借鉴美国21世纪技能测评的经验,如细化核心素养测评内容并保持差异,充分运用网络信息大数据技术,组建专业的测评队伍,从而提高核心素养测评的科学性。
For help students to cope with the coming challenges in the society,the assessment of 21st century skills includes three ones: learning and innovation,digital literacy, life and career. However,the complexities of assessing objects, risks of internet technology, and vague identification of key concept and content definition resist the application of the assessment of 21st century skills. Nowadays, the framework of key competences in China has been set up,which is the basis of key competences assessment reflecting a kind of mainstream in the future. So,it is necessary to refer to the successful experience concerned in America,such as classifying the content of the assessment of key competences in detail and maintaining the variance, applying the big data from the internet fully,establishing the professional assessing team for improving the scientificity.
