天津市居民人力资本要素的收入效应实证研究——基于分位数回归模型

摘要 对于不同收入群体的居民,人力资本要素对收入存在什么样的差异化效应有待进行分位数回归研究。基于天津市2 236位居民的问卷调查数据,将"性别"与"党员"设置为控制变量,对人力资本要素的收入效应进行了分位数回归分析。结果表明:居民的受教育程度与工作经验是决定其收入水平的两个主要人力资本要素;教育的收入效应呈现递减趋势;工作经验的收入效应呈倒"U"形作用,且在中间收入群体中持久力更强;随着收入水平的提高,男性居民与女性居民相比、政治面貌为党员的居民与非党员居民相比,教育与工作经验的收入回报率更明显。 For different income groups, the differentiated effects of human capital factors on residents, income still need to be examined by quantile regression model. Based on the questionnaire survey data of 2 236 residents in Tianjin, this article examines the differentiated effects of human capital factors on personal income by using a quantile regression model with the control variables of gender and party member. The results show that schooling and work experience are two main factors that determine personal income. In the meanwhile, the income effect of schooling shows the decreasing trend, and the income effect of work experience has the inverse-U shape with stronger sustaining power in middle income group. With the improvement of income,male rcsidents versus female residents,party members versus non-party members,the former's schooling and work experience would have a higher return rate in income.
