摘要
惠州市企业职工养老保险政策的发展可以分为起步、发展、完善三个阶段。当前,惠州市依然存在非公有制企业职工、灵活就业人员等群体参保率偏低,实际缴费人数与参保人数差别大等问题。要实现全员参保的目标,需要通过加强宣传、重视重点群体,延长缴费年限,完善缴费奖惩机制等相应的措施加以改善。
The development of enterprise employee's endowment insurance policy of Huizhou city can be divided into three stages of starting,developing and improving.At present,there are still some problems,such as the low participation rate of non-public enterprise employees and flexible employment,the differences between the number of insured and actual payment.Some countermeasures are put forward to achieve the goal of full insured,such as strengthening publicity,focusing on the key groups,extending the payment period,improving the payment of incentives,etc.
