工科院校文化素质教育的现状、问题及对策

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Engineering Colleges' Cultural Quality Education

全面推进大学生文化素质教育对实现教育科学发展,建设社会主义核心价值体系具有深远而重大的意义。当前,国内众多高校的教育教学多倾向于学生技术技能的培养,综合素质教育的培养相对薄弱。在对工科院校和综合性大学素质教育现状调研的基础上,认为加强我国高校素质教育可能是优化教育质量和改善社会问题的策略之一。基于工科院校的调查研究,分析大学生文化素质教育现状,并结合工科院校发展战略,从学校,教师,学生三个层面提出工科院校加强大学生综合素质教育的发展路径。

It is of great significance to comprehensively promote the cultural quality education of college students to realize the scientific development of education and to build the socialist core value system.At present,the education of many colleges and universities in China tends to cultivate students' technical skills,and the cultivation of comprehensive quality education is relatively weak.On the basis of research on the status quo of quality education in engineering colleges and comprehensive universities,it is believed that strengthening quality education in colleges and universities of our country may be one of the strategies to optimize the quality of education and resolve social problems.Based on the investigation and research of engineering colleges,this paper analyzes the status quo of college students' cultural quality education and puts forward the development path of strengthening the comprehensive quality education of college students from the three levels of school,teachers and students.
