Path Choice of the Integration of Production and Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育是培养高技能人才较为有效的教育形式。市场经济的发展,要求高职院校产教融合不断发展,校企合作一直是高等职业教育办学的重要方式。以江苏财会职业学院校企合作的现状入手,运用调查法、文献法、访谈法、比较法等研究方法,探索高职院校产教融合存在的问题,结合国内外校企合作的发展趋势,推进产教融合、校企合作,积极探索现代职业教育体系下产教融合的策略。

Higher vocational education is the most effective form of education for cultivating highly skilled personnel.The development of market economy requires the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has been an important way for higher vocational education.This paper explores the problems of the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges by using the research methods such as investigation,literature,interview and comparative method.Combined with the development trend of domestic and foreign cooperation between schools and enterprises,it is to promote the integration of industry and education,school and enterprise cooperation,and actively explore the the integration strategy of production and teaching under modern vocational education system.
