摘要
压缩机组是西气东输天然气管道的主要能耗设备,其能耗约占管输能耗的90%以上。特别是双机或多机并列运行压气站的燃驱压缩机组,无论是单机运行还是双机运行,双机站的压缩机组几乎全年都处于低效运行状态。盐池站作为西气东输一线最后一个"2+1"(2用1备)压气站,机组低效运行尤为突出。多年来,西气东输管道公司一直致力于压缩机组改造的研究,截止到2015年完成了盐池站2#机组的试点改造,经过2016年整年的实际运行验证,改造后的机组运行效率得到了大幅度提升,实现了燃驱压缩机组的高效运行。本文将对改造的实施和效果进行介绍,供参考。
Compressor units are main energy consuming equipment in the natural gas pipeline, and it accounts for more than 90% ofthe whole pipeline energy consumption, especially the double or more units parallel operation station. Whether it is one unit or more units operation, the station is almost in a state of low efficiency throughout the year. As the last “2 + 1”(2 operationl standby) mode compressor station in the pipeline, Yanchi station is particularly prominent in poor efficiency, and we completed the modification on one unit in this station in the year of 2015. After a whole years’ operation,the efficiency of this unit has been greatly improved. This paper will make an implementation and evaluation of the modification and reference for us.
