摘要
分析讨论了金属腐蚀与相对湿度的关系,指出PG9171E燃气轮机长期停机避免腐蚀的关键是空气相对湿度的控制。根据现场技术条件,采用封堵除湿措施取代复杂的热风干燥工艺。燃气轮机开缸检查结果验证了长期保养方案的有效性,该方案可供类似机组长期停机保养参考。
The relation between metal corrosion and air humidity is discussed, and it is pointed out that air relative humidity control is the key for PG9171E gas turbine to remain protected from corrosion during long term shutdown. Basing on site conditions, the complicated hot air drying process is substituted with alternative sealing plus dehumidification measures. The validity of preservation solution has been confirmed with gas turbine case opening inspection results, thus the preservation solution could be considered as reference to similar gas turbine storage in similar situation.
