摘要
设计了一种具有过流/短路保护和锁定以及电流检测功能的星用固态电子开关电路,通过精密采样以及工艺保证等实现了过流保护点的精确设置以及高精度的电流采样。该固态电子开关电路基于厚膜工艺,采用混合集成电路组装方案,在国军标生产线上进行生产。版图设计的同时考虑了散热及高可靠性要求,实现了星用大功率混和集成电路的高密度组装。产品的技术指标满足设计要求,验证了该设计的可行性和先进性。
The design focus on the Solid-State Electronic Switch used in satellite,which realized the function of overcur-rent/short current protection/latch and current sense by high current sensing and process controlling.Based on thick filmprocess,the circuit adopt the hybrid integrated circuit assembling technology and produced in the national military standardproduction line.By considering the thermal design and high voltage clearance,The circuit relized the high density assemble ofpower hybrid integrated circuit.The specification of the circuit meet the design requirements and verify the feasibility and ad-vancement of the design.
