通过对"海绵城市"理论提出的背景、内涵的研究,以及其在城市规划领域应用的可行性分析,探讨了实际应用中存在的问题,并提出针对性的建议,以期更好地推动我国海绵城市的建设,解决城市用水问题。

Through to the research on the background and connotation of ＂sponge city＂theory,and the feasibility analysis on its application in promotion of city planning field,discussed the existing problems in practical application,and put forward some suggestions,in order to better promote the construction of China＇s sponge city,solved the city water problem.
