摘要
介绍了旋转挤压灌注桩的特点,提出了适合辽西地区的施工工法,并结合工程案例,阐述了旋转挤压灌注桩的施工条件与工艺、加强质量技术措施以及控制桩体质量的关键点,并通过基桩桩身质量完整性与单桩竖向承载力检验,确定其设计与施工的可行性,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The characteristics of rotary extrasion cast-in-place pile are introduced. This paper puts forward the construction method suitable for western Liaoning province. Combined with the engineering case,the paper expounds the construction conditions and technology of the rotary extrusion pile,the key points of strengthening the quality technical measures and controlling the quality of the pile body. The feasibility of the design and construction of the pile body is determined by the test of the quality of the pile body and the vertical bearing capacity of the single pile.Which can provide reference for similar projects.
