摘要
以某城区住宅小区为例,分析了建筑工程中混凝土楼板裂缝的成因,并从原材料、施工质量、施工设计三方面,阐述了其防治措施,旨在为建筑工程项目的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
Taking some residential complex of some district as the example,the paper analyzes the reasons for the cracks on the concrete floors in the architectural projects,and illustrates its prevention measures from the raw materials,construction quality,and construction design,so as to provide some steady foundation for the sustainable development of the architectural programs.
