结合沪昆客专江西段客站建设管理的具体实践,从前期准备、施工、验收三个阶段,介绍了铁路客站建设管理过程中各阶段的主要工作,对各阶段的重点和难点进行了解读,对今后铁路客站建设管理工作提供参考。

Combining with the practice of the construction management of the West Section Passenger Station along Shanghai Kunming Passenger Special Railway,the paper introduces the main work for the phases of the construction management process of the railway passenger stations from the preparation,construction and acceptance,and interprets the main points and difficulties of the phases,so as to provide reference for the construction and management of rail passenger station.
