尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术对尿道下裂的治疗价值探讨

Value of Urethral Plate Longitudinal Incision Urethroplasty in the Treatment of Hypospadias

目的:探讨尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂患者的临床效果。方法:抽选2013年1月~2016年2月在某院接受救治的尿道下裂患者114例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(57例)患者均给予盖岛状皮瓣尿道成形术治疗,观察组(57例)患者则给予尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗,评估两组患者治疗效果差异,同时统计患者术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者手术效果优良率(98.2%)与对照组患者(80.7%)相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(3.5%)与对照组患者(22.8%)相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂效果显著,术后并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of urethral plate longitudinal urethral urethroplasty in the treatment of hypospadias.Methods：A total of 114 patients with hypospadias treated in a hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were take as research subjects,who were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（57 patients）was treated with island-shaped flap urethroplas and the observation group（57 patients）were treated with urethral plate longitudinal urethroplast.Then evaluate the difference between the two groups and collect postoperative complications.Results：The excellent and good rate of operation in the observation group（98.2%）was significantly different from that in the control group（80.7%）（P 〈0.05）.There was a significant difference（3.5%）in the complications occurrence between the observation group and the control group（22.8%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Urethral plate longitudinal urethroplasty is effective in the treatment of hypospadias,with low incidence of postoperative complications and deserves clinical promotion.
