预防性胸导管结扎术对于预防乳糜胸的作用及其对并发症及预后的影响效果

Effect of Prophylactic Thoracic Duct Ligation on Chylothorax Prevention and Its Effect on Complications and Prognosis

目的:研究预防性胸导管结扎术对于预防乳糜胸的作用及其对并发症及预后的影响。方法:选取某院2014年8月~2016年2月收治的100例食管癌根治手术患者为研究对象,分为两组,两组患者均采用常规食管癌根治术进行治疗,对照组患者不进行胸导管结扎,观察组患者进行胸导管结扎,对两组患者的生存率与并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者的乳糜胸发生率为2%,低于对照组的6%。结论:预防性胸导管结扎术对于预防乳糜胸的作用显著,能够将术后乳糜胸发生率降低,改善患者预后,值得推广。

Objective：To study the effect of prophylactic thoracic duct ligation on chylothorax and its effect on complications and prognosis.Methods：A total of 100 patients with esophageal cancer underwent surgery from August 2014 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with conventional esophageal cancer radical surgery.The patients in the control group did not receive thoracic duct ligation and the observation group was treated with thoracic duct ligation.Then cpmpare and anlyze the survival rate and the incidence of complications of the two groups.Results：The incidence of chylothorax was 2% in the observation group,which was lower than that 6% in the control group.Conclusion：Preventive thoracic duct ligation has a significant effect on the prevention of chylothorax,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative chylothorax and improve the prognosis of patients.
