多层螺旋CT泌尿系二维、三维成像的有关影像学表现和临床价值

Multi-slice Spiral CT Urology Two-dimensional,Three-dimensional Imaging of Imaging Performance and Clinical Value

目的:探究多层螺旋CT泌尿系统二维成像和三维成像的影像学表现特征和临床应用价值。方法:择取2014年2月~2016年1月某院收治的泌尿系统疾病患者56例作为本次研究对象,针对全部患者均实施静脉肾盂造影成像检查和多层螺旋CT泌尿系二维、三维成像检查,观察比较患者在两种检查方法之下的结果差异。结果:多层螺旋CT泌尿系二维、三维检查的成像效果显著优于静脉肾盂造影成像的显影效果,组间数据统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT泌尿系二维、三维检查与静脉肾盂造影成像检查相比,具备更好水平的显影率,能够实现对患者泌尿系统生理结构的可靠显示,在结石疾病和泌尿系统肿瘤疾病的诊断过程具备显著的应用价值,应当引起广泛关注。

Objective：To explore the imaging features and clinical value of two-dimensional imaging and three-dimensional imaging of multi-slice spiral CT.Methods：56 patients with urinary system diseases admitted from February 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent intravenous pyelography and multislice spiral CT.Two-dimensional and three-dimensional imaging examination,then compare the outcomes in patient under the two methods of examination.Results：The imaging effect of two-dimensional and three-dimensional examination of the multi-slice spiral CT was significantly better than that of the intravenous pyelography imaging,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The two-dimensional and three-dimensional examination of multi-slice spiral CT urinary system has better imaging rate compared with intravenous pyelography imaging,and can achieve reliable display of urinary system physiological structure in patients with stone disease and urinary system tumor disease,which has a significant application value in the diagnostic process and should be obtained widespread concern.
