硒酵母对甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎的影响分析

Effect of Selenium Yeast on Normal Thyroid Function of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

目的:研究分析硒酵母对甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎影响。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年12月某院收治的甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎的患者90例为本次研究,按照治疗方式的不同分成观察组和对照组。观察组患者每天口服硒酵母片,对照组患者采用口服安慰剂,对比治疗前后两组各径线、结节大小的变化。结果:经治疗后,对照组患者的治疗情况较比治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义;观察组患者较治疗前,各径线,结节大小均显示明显减小(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:硒酵母对甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎的临床治疗效果与患者的实际体质差异有一定关系,临床应用应根据患者的实际情况选择。

Objective：To study the effect of selenium yeast on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with normal thyroid function.Methods：A total of 90 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis who underwent thyroid function from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research subject,who were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with selenium yeast daily and the control group received oral placebo.Then compare the changes of the diameter of the line,and nodular size of the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,there was no significant difference in treatment effect of the control group before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.In the observation group,the diameter,nodular size were significantly reduced after treatment（P〈0.05）,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion：The clinical therapeutic effect of selenium yeast on normal thyroid function of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis has a certain relation to the actual physical constitution of the patients.The clinical application should be based on the actual situation of the patients.
