观察射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation Combined with Pulsed Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Complex Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取60例复杂性腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用射频靶点热凝消融术治疗,治疗组采用射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频疗法,对比两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组出现1例穿刺口疼痛患者,2例尿潴留患者,不良反应发生率为10.00%;对照组出现1例穿刺口疼痛患者,1例尿潴留患者,不良反应发生率为6.67%;两组结果对比不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。不良反应症状出现后,对患者小腹位置进行热敷处理,不良反应症状逐渐消失。结论:开展射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频治疗过程,临床疗效较优,同时整个治疗过程安全、高效,创伤较小,不良反应发生率低,是一种有效的治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗法。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of radiofrequency target thermal coagulation combined with pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of complex lumbar disc herniation.Methods：60 patients with complex lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with radiofrequency target thermocoagulation and ablation.The treatment group was treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation combined with pulsed radiofrequency ablation.And then compare the efficacy and adverse reaction rate of the two groups.Results：In the treatment group,there was 1 case of puncture pain,2 patients with urinary retention,.the incidence of adverse reactions was 10%;in the control group,there was 1 case of puncture pain,1 patients with urinary retention,.the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.When there was Adverse reaction symptoms,heat treatment was applied on the patient’s lower abdomen position and then adverse symptoms gradually disappeared.Conclusion：Radiofrequency catheter ablation combined with pulsed radiofrequency ablation combined with pulsed radiofrequency ablation is a safe and effective procedure.The whole process is safe,efficient,less invasive with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is an effective treatment for complex lumbar disc herniation.
