兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及对Hp感染的影响对比分析

Clinical Effect of Lansoprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer and Its Effect on Hp Infection

目的:比较兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效差异及对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的影响。方法:选取2011年9月~2015年9月某院110例Hp感染的胃溃疡患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予奥美拉唑口服,研究组给予兰索拉唑口服治疗,观察两组治疗总有效率、Hp根治率及不良反应情况的差异。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率为96.4%,较对照组的83.6%高(P<0.05);研究组Hp根治51例(92.7%),对照组Hp根治42例(76.4%),研究组Hp根治率较对照组明显增高(P<0.05);两组患者均无恶心、头晕、嗜睡等不良反应,患者依从性好。结论:兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡效果显著,作用持久,Hp根治率高,无不良反应,治疗效果优于奥美拉唑,值得临床推广。

Objective：To compare the effects of lansoprazole and omeprazole on gastric ulcer and the effect on Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection.Methods：From September 2011 to September 2015,110 patients with gastric ulcer with Hp infection were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was given omeprazole orally,and the study group was treated with lansoprazole.Then observe the difference between the two groups in the total effective rate,Hp radical rate and adverse reaction.Results：The total effective rate was 96.4%in the study group and higher than 83.6% in the control group（P〈0.05）.51 patients（92.7%）were treated with Hp in the study group and 42 cases（76.4%）were treated with Hp.The curative effect of Hp radical in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group.There was no nausea,dizziness,drowsiness and other adverse reactions in the patients who were of good compliance.Conclusion：Lansoprazole is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer,with lasting effect,high Hp radical rate,no adverse reaction,and the treatment effect is better than omeprazole,worthy of clinical promotion.
