厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平用于治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Irbesartan and Amlodipine in the Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension

目的:分析2型糖尿病合并高血压应用厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平治疗的效果。方法:任选88例广州医科大学第一附属医院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,对照组应用厄贝沙坦治疗,研究组在此基础上联用氨氯地平治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、收缩压、舒张压以及治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联合治疗,有助于改善2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压和糖代谢状况,疗效显著,且安全性较高。

Objective：To analyze the effect of irbesartan and amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods：88 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2015 to January 2017.The control group was treated with irbesartan and on the basis of this,the study group was treated with ammonia clopidogrel treatment.Then observe the treatment of the two groups.Results：The fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and treatment efficiency of the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of irbesartan and amlodipine can improve the blood pressure and glucose metabolism of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension,and the curative effect is remarkable and the safety is high.
